Book an annual service for one domestic gas boiler at your property. Your boiler will be checked by a Gas Safe registered heating engineer with around 15 years’ experience. Repairs, replacement parts and additional work are not included and will always be discussed before proceeding.

Your boiler will be serviced in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s instructions. The checks required can vary according to the boiler make, model and condition.

Inspection of the boiler, its installation and accessible surrounding components.
Operational Checks
Checks of the boiler’s operation, heating controls and relevant safety devices.
Flue and Ventilation
Inspection of the flue and ventilation arrangements where applicable.
Combustion Checks
Combustion readings and related checks where required for the appliance.
Accessible Components
Cleaning of accessible components where required by the manufacturer.
Leaks and Wear
Checks for visible leaks, damage, deterioration or signs of unusual wear.
Safety Devices
Checks of the relevant safety controls and devices fitted to the boiler.

Any concerns found during the service will be clearly explained to you.

Are repairs included in the £89 price?
No. The £89 price covers the boiler service only. Repairs and replacement parts are priced separately and will not be carried out without your agreement.
What happens if you find a problem?
The issue will be explained to you. Where additional work is recommended, you will receive a separate price before deciding whether to proceed. If the boiler already has a fault, please use our Boiler Repairs service instead of booking a routine service.
Does this include a landlord Gas Safety Record?
No. A boiler service and a landlord Gas Safety Record are different services. Please contact Infiniti Heating & Plumbing if you require a gas-safety inspection and record as well as a boiler service.
Do you service more than one boiler or other gas appliances?
The online £89 price covers one domestic gas boiler. Please call before booking if the property has more than one boiler or you require other gas appliances to be inspected or serviced.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Please make sure the boiler is accessible. If available, have the boiler manual, previous service record and warranty information ready for the engineer.

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. The complete cancellation policy is displayed before payment and must be accepted when booking.
Service Records and Appointment Preparation
Have the boiler make, model and previous service record or Benchmark logbook ready. Clear access to the boiler, controls and accessible flue, and tell us about fault codes, leaks or changes in operation before the appointment.
Keep Your Service History
Ask the engineer to record the service in the available logbook or service record. Keep the findings with your boiler documents and check your manufacturer’s warranty requirements.
Discuss Any Extra Work
The £89 price covers one domestic gas boiler service. If checks identify a fault, we explain the findings and agree any separate repair, parts or additional appliance work before proceeding.
Landlord Gas Safety Checks
A service maintains the boiler; a CP12 records the gas safety checks for the agreed appliances and flues. If both are required, request both when booking.
